(I heard you can get hand rolled balls from jamaica) Raw Recipe's, and Scienific Information, On Minerals and Nutritional Properties, Of UNHEATED Chocolate or Cacao beans, (I get mine from ecuador it's peeled, so that would be preferred for purchasing) I know this much. Raw Chocolate is one of the most complex foods that they have ever researched, It is Ultra rich in Magnesium and sulphur. Two extremely important minerals. I have some Amazing recipes already with Equadorian Raw Chocolate Walnuts and Raw Agave. However I would like more. So with your help I would like to get to the bottom of this chocolate mystery, I will take information on regular chocolate processed with sugar, but only if it's very interesting, mostly raw chocolate findings. I also am somewhat intrigued that I have just recently held a raw cacao nut, or bean in my hand for the first time.
