Xbmc crash when streaming

Xbmc crash when streaming
  • my xbmc crashes when i watch a video file. i can watch the video file for a while, and sometimes the hole video file. but most times the xbmc crashes after a while and the screen goes black and the xbox freezes, after a while i come back to the xbmc meny and it says "error access denied". when i reboot the xbox i canīt get in to the "workgroup (smb)" directory, it says: "nt_status_object_name_not_found". after i reboot my computor and xbox i can get in to the "workgroup (smb)" directory.

    please help... :help:
