"scan" doesn't retrieve info for some movies...?

when i select the "scan" option in my video folder, it scans through and finds information and thumbnails for most of the movies.

however, i have "american beauty" in my videos section, and for some reason it will not find any information on this?

when i click on the white button with american beauty selected, it shows a list of possible name matches.... so i go ahead and select "american beauty 1999" (something like that)

then it gives me an error no information found.

it does this with "the running man", "american beauty", "american psycho", "officespace".

but the following movies do download all the information ok...
"back to the future ii", "billy madison", "napoleon dynamite", "the matrix - revolations"

any advice?
after doing a little searching around a new build was suggested...

the problem i was having with the most recent build which i believe was feb 15th, is that it crashed numerous time when trying to play any of the movies.

is there a newer build in which this problem has been alleviated?

also, is that actually what i need to do, since it does find some of the movies?

upgrade. get a build from march.
