How did/will you teach your child(ren) to tie his/her/their shoes?

My mom taught me the "bunny ears" way, where you make two loops with the strings and tie them around each other. When I was about 10 though, I got frustrated with how easily that method fell apart, so I learned how to do what my mom calls "wrap around the tree", where you take one string and make it into a loop and take the other string and wrap it around the loop.
